DERMODY AND THE COMMUNITY

A live-work partnership between Dermody and the community

Reno AirLogistics Park was designed with people and the community they live within in mind: those who live and work in Northern Nevada. Located less than 10 miles from Downtown Reno and adjacent to the Reno-Stead Airport, the park connects customers to a nearby workforce, reduces commute times, and helps create a true live-work community.

The park represents what’s possible when private industry and public partners work together. With more than 9,000 families in the North Valleys, Dermody has long been part of the community’s fabric. Its privately funded extension of Moya Boulevard, without taxpayer dollars, reflects a thoughtful approach to community-minded development.

The vision began more than three decades ago, when Dermody first extended Moya Boulevard during the construction of the Michelin facility. Today, Reno AirLogistics Park carries that vision forward as a sustainable, well-planned development that supports shorter commutes, access to quality education and essential services like childcare.

Reno’s North Valleys are helping lead a national movement in live-work development, joining cities like Austin, Seattle, and Atlanta that are redefining quality of life through smarter growth.

Unlocking more than 900 acres, Reno AirLogistics Park will deliver state-of-the-art logistics and advanced manufacturing space anchored by the new four-lane Moya Boulevard extension. Designed for flexibility, the Park welcomes users across distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing, aeronautics, and research and development. With more than 70,000 households and a skilled labor force of 100,000 within 10 miles, it offers companies the rare combination of operational efficiency, talent access and room to grow.

Dermody is also investing in a childcare facility located near the Reno AirLogistics Park, continuing a long history of supporting working families in northern Nevada.
